New Camera?
While I cannot say that I am particularly dissatisfied with the Canon Powershot S3 IS or the Sony Cybershot, I'd like to one day take this travel photoblog to the next level. Some of the photos that I come across on the web -- the ones taken with $1,000+ cameras like the Nikon D70S and the Olympus E300 -- are truly remarkable. My current cameras, while better than the ones I used prior to 2008, are not cutting-edge and do have their limitations. Over the next year or so, I will determine whether the income generated from this blog is large enough to warrant incurring additional costs such as camera upgrades. Currently it isn't, but that could change between now and the end of the year.
